She: It’s a useless piece of advice but I do this.

But what about this heart-clenching feel, like someone is holding your heart tightly in their hand.
This feeling of constant pain, that you will do anything for it to stop, and at last you may able to bury it beneath your life work, things you are responsible for, and your goals. But deep down you know it’s still there and when you will be free, you will feel it rising, making you feel restless and tired.
She: I know.
This is so true.
Take a break.
Do what makes you smile.
Things will get better.
One thing at a time.
Don’t overthink, it will cause more damage to your mind.
dark anki: Yeah!

She: That’s good.
dark anki: Sometimes all you need is someone to listen. Someone who understands you and make you feel better, someone who says it’s going to be alright.
To all the people in the world, if you are feeling lonely, just know you are not alone. It’s just a phase and believe me it’s going to change. Enjoy every emotion. Just remember everyone in this world has gone through this feeling once and while, whether they realize it or not. Talk to the people you feel bonded with or talk to a stranger who can listen.
